ODISHA ENGINEERING STUDENT ASSOCIATION (OESA) is a left wing student organisation in Odisha. It describes itself as "the voice of the radical students' movement" The association was previously affiliated to the Odisha People’s Front. The association was founded in BHUBANESWAR on 13 Feb 2019 with the merger of several left wing students organisations across odisha. It has organisational presence in the states and union territories of Bhubaneswar,Khorda,Jajpur,Bhadrak,Balesore,Kandhamal,Keonjhar,Nayagarh,Cuttack,Puri,Kendrapada,Ganjam. Prasanta Behera is the state president of OESA and Priyaranjan nayak is its Founder/chairman of OESA
